Installing artificial grass can be quite expensive. Is it worth installing it yourself or getting a company to do it for you. Obviously the simple answer is it depends, but you aren't here for that. Having your artificial grass installed by a reputable landscaper will help to reassure that the installation of artificial grass is done correctly. After all, that’s their job and they are doing it every day, so the extra cost may be worth it.

Landscapers also have all the tools that they need, meaning you don’t have to spend a lot of money on tools you are only going to use once. However, installing artificial grass doesn't require many specialised tools, and you may already have what you need tool wise to cover the install. And a lot of the other bits such as wacker can be rented for relatively cheap.
